DAYTON, Tenn. - The UT Southern Firehawks men's soccer team continued their impressive start to the 2025 season, earning a dominant 4-0 victory over Bryan College on Tuesday evening. With the win, the Firehawks improve to 3-0 overall, while the Lions fall to 0-2.
UT Southern controlled the pace of the match from start to finish, applying pressure early and capitalizing on scoring chances while locking down defensively to secure their second clean sheet of the season.
The Firehawks came out aggressive, creating several chances in the opening minutes before finally breaking through in the 23rd minute when Benjamin Chretien scored his first goal of the night. Just four minutes later, Mak Binder doubled the lead with a composed finish inside the box, giving the Firehawks early control.
Before halftime, Filippo Fregoli added a third goal, capping off a dominant first-half performance in which UTS outshot Bryan 9-3 and kept the Lions' attack at bay.
In the second half, the Firehawks maintained possession and continued to test the Bryan defense.
