Dylan Gray enters his fourth season as an athletic trainer at the University of Tennessee Southern in 2026–27.
A 2020 graduate of UT Southern, Gray earned his Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville in 2022.
During his graduate studies, Gray completed clinical rotations with several NCAA Division I programs, including the University of Florida swimming and diving team, the University of Evansville women's basketball team, and the University of Memphis football team, gaining valuable experience in a variety of high-level athletic environments.
A native of Savannah, Tennessee, Gray graduated from Hardin County High School before attending UT Southern. During his undergraduate years, he was heavily involved on campus, serving as senior class president, participating in numerous student organizations, and completing his senior internship with the Firehawks' sports medicine staff.
Gray returned to his alma mater with a passion for student-athlete wellness, injury prevention, and helping Firehawk student-athletes perform at their highest level both in competition and throughout the rehabilitation process.
Away from campus, Gray enjoys spending time with his partner, Aaron, and their two dogs, Luna and Charlie.
