Tommy Clem enters his sixth year as a volunteer assistant coach with the University of Tennessee Southern golf program in the 2025–26 season.

A dedicated member of the Firehawk staff, Clem was recognized for his contributions in the 2022–23 season by being named the Mid-South Conference Assistant Coach of the Year. His impact on the program has been felt across player development, in-game strategy, and program culture.

Known for his commitment and attention to detail, Clem continues to be a valuable asset to the UT Southern Golf Program and student-athletes.
