Madison Bennett, a 2019 graduate of the University of Tennessee Southern, returns to the Firehawks as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and enters her fifth season with the athletic training staff in 2025–26. She earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Idaho in May 2021.
While at Idaho, Bennett served as President of the Athletic Training Student Organization and completed diverse clinical rotations that included Giles County High School, Loretto High School, John Curtis Christian School, and Xavier University of Louisiana, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of athletes and sports programs.
A native of Loretto, Tennessee, Bennett is a proud alumna of Loretto High School. During her undergraduate years at UT Southern (formerly Martin Methodist College), she was a member of the women’s golf team and completed her senior internship with the Firehawk sports medicine staff, laying the foundation for her career in athletic training.
Bennett returns to UT Southern with a strong commitment to athlete care, injury prevention, and the continued success of Firehawk athletics.
