Madison Bennett, a 2019 graduate of the University of Tennessee Southern, serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and enters her sixth season with the Firehawk athletic training staff in 2026-27. She earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Idaho in May 2021.
While at Idaho, Bennett served as President of the Athletic Training Student Organization and completed a variety of clinical rotations that provided valuable experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. Her clinical assignments included Giles County High School, Loretto High School, John Curtis Christian School, and Xavier University of Louisiana, where she worked with student-athletes across numerous sports.
A native of Loretto, Tennessee, Bennett is a graduate of Loretto High School and a proud UT Southern alumna. During her undergraduate career, when the institution was known as Martin Methodist College, she competed on the women's golf team and completed her senior internship with the Firehawk sports medicine staff. That experience helped launch her career in athletic training and reinforced her passion for supporting student-athletes.
Bennett is dedicated to providing exceptional care through injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation while helping Firehawk student-athletes perform at their highest level. Away from campus, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Riley and Oakley.
