Juan Moreno enters his first season as the Assistant Coach for the UT Southern Men’s and Women's Tennis program in 2025.

A five-year member of the Firehawk tennis team, Moreno brings extensive knowledge of the program and a strong connection to its culture. During his collegiate career, he was known for his leadership, work ethic, and competitive drive—qualities that made him a natural transition into coaching.

In 2024, Moreno served as a student assistant for the Firehawks, helping with day-to-day operations, training sessions, and player development. His commitment to the team and ability to relate to student-athletes has already made a strong impact within the program.

A native of Bucaramenga, Colombia, Moreno earned his degree from UT Southern in Business Administration and is excited to continue giving back to the program that shaped his collegiate career.
