Lexi Oster enters her second year as Coordinator of Athletic Operations at the University of Tennessee Southern, bringing a strong background in collegiate athletics, game day operations, and facility management.
A 2021 graduate of Martin Methodist College, Oster earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. During her undergraduate years, she was a four-year member of the RedHawk softball program, where she demonstrated leadership both on and off the field.
Following her playing career, Oster served as a graduate assistant for the University of Tennessee Southern softball program while earning her master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Her time as a Graduate Assistant allowed her to gain valuable experience in team operations, coaching, and program management.
In her current role, Oster plays an essential part in the day-to-day logistics of Firehawk Athletics. Her responsibilities include coordinating game day operations, supporting athletic compliance efforts, and overseeing the University’s Fitness and Aquatic Center—a facility that serves both the campus and surrounding community.
Oster’s blend of athletic experience, academic achievement, and operational expertise makes her a key asset to the Firehawk athletic department.
