Lexi Oster enters her third year as Coordinator of Athletic Operations at the University of Tennessee Southern, bringing a well-rounded background in collegiate athletics, game day operations, and facility management.
A 2021 graduate of Martin Methodist College, Oster earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. During her undergraduate career, she was a four-year member of the RedHawk softball program, where she established herself as a leader both on and off the field.
Following her playing career, Oster remained at UT Southern as a graduate assistant with the softball program while earning her master’s degree in Criminal Justice. In that role, she gained valuable experience in team operations, coaching support, and overall program management.
In her current position, Oster plays a vital role in the daily operations of Firehawk Athletics. She oversees game day logistics, assists with athletic compliance, and manages the University’s Fitness and Aquatic Center, a key facility serving both the campus and local community.
With a strong foundation in athletics and operations, Oster continues to be an integral part of the department’s success and the overall student-athlete experience.
