Jenn Carroll is beginning her fifth year with the Athletic Department in 2025–26, serving as a key member of the administrative team and managing a broad range of financial and operational responsibilities. A graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Jenn oversees all sport-specific budgets, reconciles team purchases, and provides essential support to coaches in managing travel documentation and expense reports.

She plays a vital role in student-athlete services, working closely with the athletic training staff to assist student-athletes with insurance claims and submissions. Jenn is also involved in the planning and coordination of major athletic events, including the department’s annual Sash Ceremony honoring senior student-athletes.

In addition to her work in athletics, Jenn manages the campus Health Club, which is open to the broader community. She is responsible for membership administration, marketing, scheduling, and daily operations, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
