KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the first time since 2010, Martin Methodist has cracked the Top 25 of the NAIA Men's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll.

Fresh off last week's win over then-No. 11 Bethel (Tenn.) University, the RedHawks (8-3-0) checked in at No. 20 in this week's offering, the league office announced Tuesday.

After winning seven of their first eight matches to start the season, the RedHawks received votes in the poll released Sept. 25, before suffering consecutive defeats to Tennessee Wesleyan and Bryan College.

With their dominating 3-0 win over Bethel, however, the RedHawks not only snapped their own two-match losing streak, but also ended the Wildcats' 29-match conference winning streak.

The RedHawks return to action with a pair of conference matches this week, traveling to Freed-Hardeman on Sept. 16 before heading to Mid-Continent University on Sept. 20.
