Campbellsville, Ky. - UTS men's soccer defeated Campbellsville 1-0 on Saturday night.

The Firehawks (9-7, 6-4 MSC) scored the first lone goal match. Tiago Lopes put the Firehawks in front in the 14th minute from the boot of Carlos Galan. both squads would be tied in first half shots at 3. 

Ajay Murray would record one save in the match. UTS would outshoot the Tigers 13-9.  

Coach Brian Davies commented on the win, "It was a great team win against another quality team just outside of the top 25. They say it's important to peak at the right time, and i think that is exactly what we are doing. we have to recover and prepare for another top 25 opponent in Cumberland next week. We'll enjoy this win tonight and tomorrow, and we will get back to work next week!"
