Tennessee Southern volleyball invaded enemy lines Friday night. The Firehawks swept arch rival, former SSAC and TSAC foe, Bethel Wildcats 25-19, 25-20, 25-15.

Senior Brianna Turner led the Firehawks with 16 kills, and junior Maca Ruiz added 11 kills. Freshman Laura Howell had 37 assists and 9 digs. Senior Summer Jackson had 10 digs.

Coach Jackson Lenoir commented, "We fired on all cylinders tonight. After playing tough Lindsey Wilson team on Tuesday, we remained focused and executed our game plan well. We have a tough week playing three quality opponents. We will be prepared, and we hope our fans will bring the ambiance that we had Tuesday".
