Box Score PULASKI, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee Southern volleyball team swept Middle Georgia State in straight sets on Friday.
UT Southern (11-9, 4-5) got out in front and never looked back in all three sets as the Knights were short staffed.
Sophia Ortega led with eight kills. Laura Howell had 19 assists. Hailey Walker led with 9 digs. Olivia Ward (7) and Isabella Garza (5) combined for 12 aces.

UT Southern will close out the weekend hosting Brewton-Parker on Saturday, October 14th. The first serve is set for 2 p.m.
