Box Score BLUE MOUNTAIN, Miss. – The University of Tennessee Southern volleyball team fell in straight sets in a road loss to Blue Mountain Christian on Friday.
UT Southern (12-11) battled hard, but Blue Mountain Christian (17-1, 11-0) held the Firehawks in check. The Firehawks were plagued by untimely errors that allowed the Toppers to break away.
Morgan Avrit led with seven kills. Laura Howell had 14 assists and nine digs. Hailey Walker led the defense with 12 digs.
