Coach
Trevor Trimpe commented on the great Firehawk performance, "I'm super happy with how we competed this weekend. It was a long three-day competition with prelims and finals each day, but we were able to do all of the right things mentally and physically to swim well at all six sessions. We even had several lifetime bests and national qualifying times during the final session of competition. The swimmers had high energy during the meet and were cheering for each other, and congratulating one another after races. This type of positive energy will certainly help us as we look towards The Sun Conference Championships and Nationals!"
