PULASKI, Tenn. – The University of Tennessee Southern women's basketball program has released its 2025-26 schedule, featuring a mix of challenging non-conference matchups, Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) battles, and a trio of exhibitions against NCAA opponents. Head Coach Ross James enters his second season, and the team is looking to improve on their SSAC Semifinal appearance from last season.

The Firehawks will open the season on the road with a pair of exhibition games—October 25 at Union University and October 29 at UT-Martin—before heading to Owensboro, Ky., for the Kentucky Bluegrass Classic, hosted by Brescia University. UT Southern will face Midway University on October 31 and the Bearcats on November 1.

The home opener comes on November 4 against Oakwood, followed by a November 11 matchup with Cumberland. UT Southern will then travel to Columbia, Ky., for the UC Bank Classic, hosted by Lindsey Wilson, taking on Campbellsville on November 14 and the host Blue Raiders on November 15.

Conference play begins November 20 at Mobile and November 22 at Faulkner. The Firehawks will return home December 4 to face William Carey and December 6 to host Loyola. A quick turnaround sees them meet Faulkner again on December 13 before hosting Mobile on December 16.

The Firehawks will wrap up the calendar year with a December 31 at the University of Montevallo before starting the new year at home on January 3 against Bethel and January 5 against Stillman.

The second half of the season includes key SSAC matchups, highlighted by road trips to Blue Mountain Christian (Jan. 10), Life (Jan. 17), Brewton-Parker (Jan. 29), Point (Jan. 31), William Carey (Feb. 19), and Loyola (Feb. 21). Home conference contests include Abraham Baldwin (Jan. 22), Thomas (Jan. 24), Life (Feb. 7), and Blue Mountain Christian (Feb. 14).
