Coleman Siniard returns to the University of Tennessee Southern baseball program as an assistant coach overseeing the development of the Firehawks' hitters and catchers.

A native of Pulaski, Tennessee, Siniard graduated from Giles County High School before beginning an accomplished collegiate playing career at UT Southern. A four-year member of the Firehawks, Siniard appeared in 123 games as a catcher and became one of the program's most productive offensive players. He concluded his UT Southern career as an All-SSAC First Team selection in 2025 after posting a .396 batting average, a 1.080 OPS, seven home runs, and 35 RBI. He was also named SSAC Player of the Week during the 2024 season.

Following his senior season, Siniard transferred to NCAA Division I Lipscomb University for his final year of eligibility. He made two appearances for the Bisons before a season-ending Achilles injury brought his playing career to a close.

Siniard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from UT Southern in 2025 and completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Leadership from Lipscomb University in 2026. His experience as a five-year collegiate starting catcher at both the NAIA and NCAA Division I levels provides valuable insight for the continued development of UT Southern's offensive players and catchers.
