2016: Forrest, the RedHawks most consistent force on the season, suited up for all 30 contests throughout his senior campaign, while making 28 starts on the season for the RedHawks… Was the team leader in points per game (15.7), blocks (34), and field-goal percentage (49.4%). Scored in double-figures in 23 of 30 contests on the year… Posted six double-doubles in 2016… Forrest was named as a First Team All-Conference Performer at the conclusion of his senior season… Forrest was also noted an NAIA All-America Honorable Mention.
