COLUMBIA, Ky. – The University of Tennessee Southern baseball team split the final two games of the series with Lindsey Wilson after a 18-10 loss in game two and a 20-8 win in the series finale.

GAME TWO

• UTS had seven hits. Hayden Wright and Derrick Junker led the way with a pair of hits each. Blaine Harris, Lance Pope, and Will Clemons added a hit each.
• UTS struck out 12 times.
• The Firehawks received 12 free bases.
• Wright and D. Junker both crushed homers for UTS.
• Josh Simmons took the loss falling to 0-2.

GAME THREE

• The Firehawks exploded for 21 hits.
  • Collin Huntley was just a triple away from hitting for the cycle grossing four hits.
  • D. Junker, Pope, and Blake Birdsong had three hits each.
  • Camden Angell and Sam Bowling each had a pair.
  • Noah Junker, Harris, Wright, and Chandler Jordan each added a hit.
• The Firehawks left six runners on base.
• UTS drew three free passes.
• The Firehawks when down on strikes 11 times.
• Pope, Huntley, and D. Junker went yard for the Firehawks.
• D. Junker missed hitting for the cycle with a single, triple, and a homer.
• Logan Parrott notched his 2nd win of the season in 5.2 innings of work. Cody Womble only allowed a lone LWC hit in the final inning and a third.
