Jensen Harper Honored with Six CSC Awards for Digital Media Excellence

GREENWOOD, Ind. – UT Southern's Digital Media Strategist Jensen Harper earned six awards, including four Best of NAIA, at the College Sports Communicators convention, honoring her work for UT Southern Athletics. "Jensen is a game-changer," said Vice Chancellor/Director of Athletics Brandie Paul. "Her work has been instrumental in elevating UT Southern Athletics on social media, and it is evident in these awards. Her graphics and design have put the Firehawks on the map in a world that is driven by digital content. She is committed to the university and most importantly, our students, who greatly benefit from Jensen's efforts." Harper's Best of NAIA awards include Photo of the Year, for her capture of a men's soccer game-winner. Addtionally, she was awarded Best of NAIA twice in Gameday Graphics for work featuring men's tennis and women's track, and a Best of NAIA in Individual Awards, Milestones, and Records Graphic for her design on cheer's Athlete of the Year award. Both Gameday Graphics were additionally recognized in the overall College Division, ranking sixth and thirteenth in the nation. The College Division includes all NCAA Division II, III, NAIA, and two-year institutions. College Sports Communicators sponsors a variety of media guide/publication and digital design contests and an annual writing contest for its members, with every current member at every level having the opportunity to receive recognition for his/her work. Over 250 institutions and conference offices were represented in the contests, including over 650 individual submissions
