PULASKI, Tenn. – The UT Southern Tennis Head Coach Bill Riddle announce the addition of Juan Moreno as Assistant Coach.

Moreno, a five-year standout for the Firehawks, returns to the program in a new capacity after serving as a student assistant during the 2024 season. His leadership on and off the court throughout his playing career positioned him as a natural fit for the role.

"We are excited to have Juan Moreno serve as our assistant tennis coach," said Riddle. "He served the team during his playing career at UT Southern in a leadership role and is taking that to a new level as a full-time coach."

Moreno expressed his enthusiasm about continuing his journey with UT Southern Tennis.

"I'm really excited to stay involved with the team in a new way. UT Southern has meant a lot to me, and I'm looking forward to helping the players improve and enjoy the experience like I did," said Moreno.

His familiarity with the program, commitment to player development, and passion for the sport are expected to make an immediate impact on the Firehawk Tennis culture as the team prepares for the upcoming season.
