COLUMBIA, Ky. – The University of Tennessee Southern men's swimming team made a statement in their season opener at the Dr. Dillery Fall Frenzy hosted by Lindsey Wilson, turning in record-breaking swims, head-to-head relay wins, and impressive individual performances.
Individual Highlights

Janos Kadar dominated the backstroke events, winning both the 100 and 200 in record time.

Hamza Asif powered through the 100 Breaststroke to claim a school record.

Relay units continued to be a strength, with UT Southern winning three of five head-to-head battles against Lindsey Wilson, who finished 7th nationally last season.

The highlight of the meet came in the 200 Medley Relay, where UT Southern edged host Lindsey Wilson by just one hundredth of a second—the slimmest margin in swimming—for an electrifying victory.
