MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Southern States Athletic Conference announced its 2025-26 Men's Basketball postseason honors Wednesday evening, with multiple UT Southern student-athletes earning recognition for their performance on the court, in the classroom, and in the community.

Antonio Cochran was named Second-Team All-Conference after a strong junior campaign for the Firehawks. Cochran was a consistent offensive presence throughout the season and delivered multiple standout performances in conference play, including key efforts down the stretch that helped UT Southern secure a spot in the SSAC Championship.

UT Southern was also well represented on the Athletic Solutions All-Academic Team, placing five student-athletes on the prestigious list. Michael Bell, Ryan Dunn, Ricardo Gomez, John Harper, and JaMil Wilson were recognized for their excellence in the classroom while balancing the demands of collegiate athletics.

Additionally, Jack Harper earned a spot on the SSAC Champions of Character Team, honoring his leadership, integrity, and commitment to the five core values of the NAIA Champions of Character initiative.

The Firehawks' representation across All-Conference, All-Academic, and Champions of Character honors highlights the program's commitment to competitive success, academic achievement, and character development during the 2025-26 season.
