Junior | 2023
She appeared in 29 matches as a sophomore. She tallied 821 assists and 166 digs including 74 kills. She eclipsed 2,000 assists in the match vs. Blue Mountain Christian on September 10th. Howell was named second team all SSAC.
Sophomore | 2022
She played in 33 matches and earned 862 assists and 232 digs. She also tallied 43 kills. She was named to the College Sports Communications Academic All-District Team. She was also named a Mid-South Conference Honorable Mention as well as an NAIA All-American Honorable Mention.
Freshman | 2021
As a freshman, she played in 30 matches for the Firehawks. She totaled 842 assists, while also contributing to 216 digs and 43 kills. She was named Mid-South Conference Setter of the Week on October 7th.
Prep Career
During her time at Siegel High School, she recorded over 2000 assists. In 2020, she led the state of Tennessee in assists and was 9th in the nation. In 2020, she helped Siegel to a runner-up finish in the State Tournament.
Personal
She is the daughter of Judy and Paul Howell. She is double majoring in General Biology and Human Performance and Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Her favorite TV show is Pretty Little Liars. She can also say her ABC's backwards, as well as sing the US President's in order. In her spare time, she enjoys painting and making jewelry.
