Winchester, Ky. – The University of Tennessee Southern baseball team dropped game one of their three-game series with #11 Cumberlands on Saturday. The Patriots won 10-0 in seven innings.

FIREHAWK FACTS

• UTS only had four hits; Lance Pope, Brantley Holden, Jake Jackson, and Will Clemons.
• UTS drew one walk while striking out six times.
• The Firehawks left two on base.
• Tristan Carson took his second loss of the season. He pitched five innings allowing five runs, striking out four, and giving one free pass.
• Cody Edwards finished the game allowing one earned run, fanning two, and walking one.
