HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The UT Southern women's cross country team continued to show growth in a highly competitive field at the UAH Invitational on Saturday morning, finishing 14th overall in the 6K race hosted at the John Hunt Running Park.
The Firehawks recorded a team total time of 2:00:42 and an average of 24:08 per runner against a deep mix of NCAA Division II and NAIA programs.
UT Southern Individual Results
Freshman Linah Ewoi led the Firehawks, placing 83rd overall with a time of 23:27.3. Senior Claire Deaton followed as the second Firehawk finisher at 23:37.0, while Alyssa Andrea and Emma Vizina crossed close behind to round out the top four.
