MONTGOMERY, Ala. – UT Southern senior guard Silkiari Vazquez-Troche was named the Southern States Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week for the week of November 3–9.

Vazquez-Troche, a senior from San Juan, Puerto Rico, earned the honor after recording a triple-double in the Firehawks' 93–74 victory over Oakwood. She finished with 19 points, 15 assists and 12 rebounds, shooting 62 percent from the field while leading UT Southern to its third straight win. Four of her 12 rebounds came on the offensive glass as she continued to set the tone on both ends of the floor.

This marks Vazquez-Troche's second career SSAC weekly award and her second in as many weeks after earning the league's Defensive Player of the Week honor the previous week.
