Coach Hardin led Martin Methodist through the trials and tribulations of a transfer transition from a junior college athletic program to a four year institution athletic program, and into membership with the TranSouth Athletic Conference.
 
In addition, he also served as Head Men's Basketball Coach and Men's Golf Coach during this period.
